Situated in the heart of Golders Green, this expansive 7,000-square-foot house spanning four stories serves as the quintessential family home. With five bedrooms, it was designed to meet the diverse needs of the client's family. The primary goal was to create a residence capable of accommodating the client's elderly parents while also providing flexibility for the inclusion of grandchildren during holidays and festivals.
Externally, the house's design harmonizes with the local streetscape, blending seamlessly into the neighborhood. However, the internal layouts were carefully crafted to adhere to the strict requirements of the client's religious beliefs, ensuring a meaningful and spiritually fulfilling living environment.
The project's procurement followed a traditional contract model, and it was executed with great success, reaching completion in May 2014. This house stands as a testament to thoughtful design, catering to the multifaceted needs of a modern family while respecting cultural and religious considerations.
