The Courtyard

Greenwich Square, Block 3, represents a prestigious endeavor by MACE Developments, serving as the crowning achievement of the Greenwich master plan. The architectural brilliance behind this project was conceived by MAKE Architects. Our role in this endeavor commenced from RIBA stage 3 and extended throughout its completion.
This impressive block features a total of 325 residential units distributed across 8 cores, encircling a meticulously landscaped courtyard, a masterpiece crafted by Outer Space Landscape Architects. In addition to the residential spaces, the development includes 2500 square meters of commercial areas, and its basement accommodates 300 parking spaces, enhancing convenience for occupants and visitors alike.
It's worth highlighting that this project was executed with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to BIM level 2 standards, showcasing our dedication to leveraging cutting-edge technology and precision throughout the design and construction processes.
“Having worked with Nikhil on the Greenwich Square project, the service provided was excellent throughout the design process. His knowledge and awareness in  regard to design, statutory requirements and construction methodology  was invaluable to the project team members. Despite the tight programme KDS & Associates with Nikhils leadership were able to deliver a first class service. Nikhil had an excellent work ethic and was able to communicate across all disciplines to ensure then project was delivered to programme. I look forward to working with him in the near future.”
